1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Apsis Psychics (“Apsis Psychics”, “Apsis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of this website, its pages, features, checkout services and digital reading services together referred to as the “Services”.

By accessing the website, submitting information, requesting a reading or purchasing a Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Entertainment Disclaimer form part of these terms once those policies are published on the website.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for people aged 18 or over. By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

You must not use the Services where doing so would breach any law or regulation that applies to you.

3. Our services

Apsis Psychics provides digital entertainment and reflective content, which may include tarot readings, horoscopes, love compatibility readings, dream interpretations, numerology, destiny matrix readings, star map readings, lunar guidance and related question add-ons.

Free previews may provide only part of a reading. Paid Services may unlock a longer interpretation or additional content. The scope, price and key features of each Service are shown before payment.

Readings are interpretive and subjective. We do not guarantee that any reading will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose or predictive of future events.

4. Orders, prices and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. The final amount due will be shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another clearly identified third-party payment provider. We do not directly store your full debit or credit card details. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

You must provide accurate billing and contact information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is declined, suspected to be fraudulent, made in error or connected with misuse of the Services.

Apsis Psychics currently offers one-off purchases. A purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise and you separately agree to it.

5. Digital delivery and your right to cancel

Readings are digital content or digitally supplied services. They may be displayed immediately after purchase, delivered by email, made available through a reading reference, or supplied through a combination of these methods.

Where you ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately, you expressly consent to supply beginning before the end of any statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Further information is set out in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and retaining any reading reference supplied to you. Please check your spam or junk folder where an expected email does not arrive.

6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• provide information that is accurate and lawfully supplied;
• use the Services only for lawful personal purposes;
• not submit abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, unlawful or harmful content;
• not impersonate another person or submit another person's sensitive information without a lawful basis;
• not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or circumvent security measures;
• not scrape, copy, republish, resell or commercially exploit our content or Services without written permission; and
• not use readings to make decisions on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.

We may restrict or block access, refuse a reading or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

7. AI-generated and automated content

Some or all readings, interpretations, summaries and responses available through Apsis Psychics may be generated, personalised or assisted by artificial intelligence and automated software. Unless expressly stated otherwise, you should not assume that a reading has been prepared or reviewed by a live psychic, adviser or other human professional.

Automated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, repetition or unexpected wording. You should use your own judgement and must not rely on a reading as a factual statement, guaranteed prediction or substitute for professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its branding, design, software, text, graphics, layouts, generated reading formats and other content are owned by or licensed to Apsis Psychics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the website and use a purchased reading for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may retain or print your own reading for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, scrape, create a competing service from, or otherwise commercially exploit the website or its content without our prior written consent.

9. Availability, interruptions and changes

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, third-party services, internet availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue any free feature or Service. Changes will not remove statutory rights relating to an order you have already completed.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the paragraph above, Apsis Psychics is not responsible for loss or damage arising from decisions, actions or omissions based on a reading; loss of profits, business, opportunity, goodwill or data; or indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

The Services are supplied for private consumer use. If you use them for commercial or business purposes, we will not be liable for business-related loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of the country in which you live.

We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern informally. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
